LG KE800 need reflash

Hello. Ive got LG KE800 with faulty firmware (somethimes not accept the sim card, or hanging up sometimes). How can i reflash this phone? Ive got the original datacable, is this cable are usable for flashing? what else I need? Which software i need to use? Thank You so much!
 
This phone does not support USB cable to reflash. You need UART mode, I mean COM cable.
