OK so i have had my enV3 for about 6 months now and has been dealing with confused texts because my phone wont save my sent messages or as they say outgoing messages and when i get a text back i forgot what i said. When i send i message it says "Message not saved memory full or messages are locked" and i haven't even done anything to my message settings, im pretty sure i have alot of memory in my phone and nothing on my phone is locked. I cant go to a Verizon Retail Store because my parents don't have the time to drive me. So has anyone fixed this problem or went to the Verizon Store and got it fixed? If you have please tell me how to fix this.
