I've noticed that the sound on my phone has stopped working. The keypad buttons still beep but there is no sound when I go to my ringtones and hit "play". The default ringtones and sounds don't work either. This is probably the 4th replacement enV2 I've gotten.. All of them have various software issues namely turning off randomly. I have the maroon version if that has anything to do with it... I know people with the black one and they never has a problem. any ideas before I send for a replacement yet again?
