Today my env touch phone stopped sending text messages. It just has the little mail box and with the letter going in and eventually will say message failed. I tried shutting it off, taking the battery out, all that. I did drop it in school today on tile...but I don't think that could hurt it that much. It's only a year old. The other day it was being weird also and after typing a really long text it just randomly put weird symbols in place of what i was typing, which froze it, and i had to take the battery out. Happened in the same place everytime.
Connection is fine. I don't know what else would be the problem. I think I should just take it to verizon, but has this happened to anyone and is there anything I can do? Thanks!
