LG Cookie - How to Remove London/World Time from Standby Screen ?

I have an LG Cookie mobile phone. I use the standby screen with the analogue round clock in the middle. I'm not sure what I've done, but I also have London time and Algiers time displayed, numerically, in two little rectangular boxes one above the other on the standby screen.

How do I remove the 2 rectangular boxes with the London and Algiers times in them?
