lg 32le5400 vs sony kdl32ex500?

i need a 32 in tv for my bedroom.. both fit my budget (less than 700) and i cant choose between them
which one should i get? or is there any tv out there better than these two? i value brand names.. so preferably samsung, lg, or sony..
