no, unfortunately, you cannot. This is because most auto manufacturers do not want their product on other makes and models. It's like trying to run Mac software on your Dell laptop..it is just not going to work, the specifics would too mind bogging to remember, but you cannot do it unless you have someone who is artistic with a hammer!
