P Phillip S Guest Feb 11, 2009 #2 You can install brighter (higher wattage) bulbs, but you cannot plug in HID Headlights into a 19 year old car. HID Headlights take a modification kit and a lot of work to install in your LEXUS. The parts alone cost over $1000.
