lexus ls400 air conditiong problem?

i have a 97 Ls400 and my air conditioning stopped blowing air.it blows really slow even though the setting is on max. at first i thought it just needed more freon, so i charged the A/C and all it does now is SLOWLY blow really cold air. any ideas?
 
It sounds like the blower motor is weak, or its the blower switch on the dash. Or, blower resistor down near the blower motor.
