lexus es 330 owners only?

i have a es 300 right now. i found a 2006 lexus es 330 for 16,000 with low miles. is there any cons about this car?there was a recall on the es 300 model for engine/oil sludge but i never had a problem and my es has treated me well.only cons about my es 300 is with the cup holders which i hate and when stepping into my car my foot always hits the e brake. i don't want to hear from people that never owned a lexus saying oh it's same as toyota. i know what specs the car has.
 
I have a 2001 RX300 Id say buy but see if you can bring the guy down about $1,500 then it will be perfect.One time this lady jumped her car out in front of me and my breaks got shot but they made some noise but if it was not a Lexus I would have been in hospital.BUY,BUY,BUY.
