lexus bmw or audi? ?

Hi, Im in the market for a slightly used luxury car and the only major criteria are that it needs to be around 25-28k and must have AWD.

So far I am considering an '06 Lexus GS300AWD, '05 Audi A6, '04 Audi A8, and '07 BMW 328xi coupe. Most of these are difficult to find at around the price i gave, but not impossible. My question is which is the best overall car and if anyone has perhaps any other suggestions. opinions from owners would be great too.
 
Best AWD and interior design/quality-Audi A8 and A6.
Most amount of luxury features-Audi A8.
Smoothest and quietest ride-Lexus GS300.
Most reliable Lexus GS300.
Most fun to drive-BMW 3 series.
Best handling-BMW 3 series.
