So I have been on lexapro for about a month now. I took a pill at 1 pm today. I ate a bowl of dry cereal before I took it at around 11 pm. At around 12:30-1 I ate some chinese veggies with black bean sauce. I drank a bottle of water as well. I was doing some work in the basement when I noticed I started to feel revved up like I had coffee or something (and i no longer drink caffeine) and got a fast weird warm burning sensation from my stomach to the middle of my chest and then the back of my throat got this weird taste. I cant even describe the taste its just odd. I have no idea if its from the lexapro upsetting my stomach, heartburn or what? I also began to feel very anxious at about 2-3 pm is when it all started. Anyone ever experience this with lexapro? Or is it just something else?
