Lexapro and Tylenol?

I was wondering what I can take for my terrible headache. I took aleve one time after taking lexapro and boy was that a mistake. I was wondering if tylenol would be alright? Anyone have any experience with these?
 
i take 10 mg of lexapro everyday. i also take aleeve for my knees i got patella tendinitis from soccer. I've never had a bad reaction from the aleeve. I haven't taken tylenol on lexapro, but I have taken advil. Advil worked fine for me. Good luck my dude.
 
thanks I took the tylenol and it worked like a charm. I will never take aleeve again it was scary, i almost vomited and i had stomach pains for 5 hours.
