Now for public defenders, I've heard in some cases that the state pays them to defend, this is what I'm trying to figure out.
I've seen people who have no money and yet they get an attorney, so how the heck are the attorneys suppose to get paid when the defendant has no money, which is why I'm guessing that the state pays them, but I'm just guessing.
