I don't either, however, they seem to find issue every time democrats use the federal government.

Because the Democrats typically use the federal government for feel-good bullshit.

Considering the majority of the people in DIAC give the republicans a pass then yes I feel it is my duty to be on the other end

They did say they were acting, and they weren't.

Obama & Co put themselves in that position; quit the blind sackriding.

fuck it..let it bleed

you want small gov't and less regulation.. well you got it.

the govt let BP do whatever it wanted..they let them (enabled them really) run their business how they saw fit for the last 15 years at least. Rand Paul, libertarians and conservatives like tosay that private business should be able to deal with their own issues without govt interference..

well there you go. No govt interference for a month and how is that private business handling the situation?

NOW people want govt to literally bail out BP..fuck it..let it bleed.

You don't get to combine no government involvement with high tax rates...

"We're going to tax the shit out of you and then sit on our ass doing nothing!"

Ever try calling corruption & dishonesty for what it is, regardless of Party affiliation? It's quite liberating, really.

Try it! C'mon, you know you wanna!

They are both corrupt, I know. Why do you think they changed the rules and standards that Perot set during the 1992 debates? We will never see another 3rd party candidate in televised debates.

The problem; 2 'sides' circle-jerking back & forth while we unknowingly act as pivot-men.

The solution; cleaning house of those prolonging the problem, regardless of party affiliation or sales pitch. Any 'elected leader' or candidate not actively working now to change this is NOT working 'for the People'.

At. All.

I feel it is the companies’ obligation to fix what they have broken does that make me a fake or real libertarian? Yet to say there has been no government involvement prior to the spill with BP is laughable.

No. Go find the Kevin Costner thread.

Besides- an actual limited government would have let BP do whatever it wanted while informing BP it was responsible for it's actions. Once BP's actions had a negative effect on public property/common rights it would be responsible for footing the entire bill for the clean up.

Limited government means BP is responsible for it's actions, not that NO ONE is responsible.

If you actually understood the limited government most of us want you wouldn't look like such a fucking douchebag.
