I figured what better group to ask - you love women and spend lots of time with them/around them.
I am a female who has never enjoyed friendships with other females because I always find that I end up getting stabbed in the back in some way or another (I have had long-term friends talk behind my back, disclose things I've shared priavetly, even had a couple girls try to say mean things about me to my boyfriends!). I'm in my late 20's and basically finding that women cannot be trusted. I've learned to basically no longer share private information/personal things or even work goals with other females.
Maybe it is my bad luck, but the way I was outcast (I had glasses and braces, and yes I was bullied by women more so than any boys at that age) is basically the same now - not "bullying" but the egotistic, selfish, manipulative attitude of females has not changed.
Some times I feel like I completely do not belong with other women - I have mostly male friends because guys are just easy going and relaxed and there is no drama or gossip or backstabbing or anything...
How do you deal with drama of this kind?
