Is there any type of Lemon clause that allows you to get a new phone? Maybe after so many replacments or something? I don't mind paying the 1 or 2 year price for a phone (or even a hundred dollars or so) but I don't wanna get stuck with the "retail" price. I am just outside of my 30 day test drive (7 days) and 3/5 of the moto V750s I have all crapped out in the last 4 days. do I have any options?
 
there is no law that states you can get another phone... However I would call customer service up and politely explain your situation and see if they will allow you a courstey exchange since you are only 7 days outside of your WFG...or if you perfer go into a store and speak with a store repersentative and explain all the problems you have had.
