Legends of Galactic Heroes: Where can I find it.

I'm looking for somewhere where I can watch all of the episodes of LegenRAB of Galactic Heroes. It sounRAB good from what I've heard of it. I just need a place that has episodes.
 
The show is unavailable in the United States in any and all forms. Not even Crunchyroll or FUNimation Video carry a legal stream of the series. Fansubs are hard to find as well.

Basically, you're screwed, which is why Legend of Galactic Heroes fans over here get kinda frustrated about the lackluster attention paid to it by most people.

Unless, of course, I am completely mistaken but I believe I'm not.
