I'm sorry but I dunno how else to put the question. But hypothetically, let's say a girl gets pregnant and she doesn't wanna keep the baby but her ex boyfriend does and he says stuff like 'I'll sue' or whatever, can he do that? Can he legally sue her and stop her from getting an abortion?
oh and fyi this is a complete hypothetical question and I'm just curious so I'd appreciate it if you don't start throwing judgments at me and lecturing me about how abortion is wrong...thanks
