Okay, so I wanna get the windows tinted on my car. The only two states this car will ever be in is Montana and North Dakota. Now, I looked up the laws for each state online (but I will double check probably at the police station or something) and it looks like ND doesn't let you have as dark of driver/passenger side windows as MT does.
So, my question is, if I can prove I'm legal in MT, does that mean I'm still gonna get in trouble if I get pulled over in another state for it being too dark? I'm thinkin' I would be...therefore it's probably smart to get each window tinted to comply with both state laws, even if it means I have to sacrifice some darkness in the front windows, right?
