My car was wrongly booted and the guy took forever to arrive and remove the boot. Are there any laws in Utah restricting the amount of time one may take to arrive and remove a boot. He made me late for work!!
I don't care if it was legal or not to boot me. I'll work that out myself. I just want to know if there is a law that states how long he has to arrive and remove the boot. he took 45 minutes and I didn't know It was on until 20 minutes before I had to work. like if there is a law saying he must arrive within 45 minutes or something? I just want to get the dude in trouble if I can. He was a jerk!
