In the state of Tennessee would a typical legal separation agreeement that is drawn up by an attorney, require a full disclosure of money that might be in savings accounts, certificates of deposits, valuable coin collections, Savings bonds, etc.? Example: If there was a $ 5,000 certificate of deposit, would it have to be shown in the Separation Agreement ?
