Legal Resident because of the military?

My husband is in the army and got deployed to iraq last dec. I moved to GA in Jan. and live on base.Does this make me a legal resident of GA? My husbands legal state is FL.( Which is where I moved from.)
 
No you are not a legal resident until you file to change your residency I have been in the military for 11 years always as a Illinois resident. Hope this helps :)
