I own a small coin processing business (similar to coin star). I had my machines in a chain grocery store. The contract had ended but I was operating in good faith with the store and was told that a new contract was under review. I went to service a machine and it had an out of order sign on it. I checked 2 other stores and the machines have been moved to the back store room. I found out from the store manager their corporate office sent them an e-mail instructing them to place out of order signs on my machines when they were in perfect working order. I was never contacted about the signs or of a problem. Do I have any legal recourse with the grocery store chain? The signs were on the machines for several day prior to me finding out on my own.
