I feel like a freakin idiot, I just bought a suzuki 450 today, and on the way home the bike stalled out on my friend cause the engine flooded. We got the bike to start back up, and everything got it home. I saw the the title the guy had given me was missing I checked my car and couldn't find it anywhere, so I'm freakin out, so worst case scenario what do I do to get it replaced in this situation? Just having the title signed over and everything not in my name.

Go to the DMV in your area and work through the paperwork. You might have to get the seller involved.

Did you buy this bike without (someone) taking a test ride?

Here is GA you just fill out a form, pay $25, and they issue a new title to the person who's name the bike was last titled in. They can then sign it over to you again. No biggie. Most states are similar.
