about a year ago I had a judgement against me - paid some of and then stopped. Then the collection agency got a garnishment on my check. they filled it out wrong and the amount was taken and paid. Now a about a year later they are coming back and saying I still owe this amount.
If they screwed up the garnishment is that final and done?? or do I still owe the amount or negogiate a final settlement amount?
