legal advice on paternity testing please?

alright so my son has not been born yet but will be in about 7 weeks.
the father recently, about 2 days ago, claimed he was not the father.
i am afraid by the time the baby is born i will not be able 2 contact him or find him. there are a lot of circumstances that lead me to believe he was lying about his name and a lot of other stuff. i want him tested to prove he is the father because if he is not going to be there i want him to pay, but like i said, i am afraid he will be no where to be found. what should i do?
 
Sounds like these are the kind of questions you should really take the time to find out before you let someone impregnate you.

If you don't know his real name, you're probably SOL - and any good lawyer he gets will see that that's the case. If you do know his real name, you can request that he be tested, but you'll have some trouble "Ordering" it.
