ok, long story short my friend borrowed a vido game from me and i borrowed his book, its been around 6 months since we traded to borrow and i asked about getting my game back and said id gladly exchange his book back, i told him the game cant be scratched or damaged or he will giv eme what i paid for the game and he can keep it or i keep the book. He is twisting what i asy and calling me names, so i told him not to contact me until he is ready to exchange, he keeps doing so and i feel harrassed by him. He now as of last night says to meet him in the local police station loby under camera and at least one officers wintess to exchange, to make it simple i said ok but i will leave right after with no words. Then Shortly after i went to his house with book in hand and he didnt answer the door, i text him saying i was outside with it to trade and he said im a retard and to never contact him again and see him friday in the lobby as he stated earlier . Then he started texting me again to confirm friday and i ignored his text doing as he said...not to contact him again ever. He also said if i dont meet him friday he will press charges on me for withholding his book and prolonging this event. Can he do that? Or can i charge him if need be i feel harrassed by him and he sent empty threats and i have on reacord i made the effort to get it over with and trade but he wont negotiate any other day or time etc..so can he really press charges on me for having his book and not show friday or can i charge him for threats and harrassment etc?
