Leg pain when lying down only

For about 5 years now I have been having a terrible pain in my lower right leg and sometimes left leg only when I am lying down. It stops as soon as I start walking around. I have had ultrasounds, blood tests, anti-inflamitory meds, and prescribed several types of sleeping pills. What ever is causing this is radically interferring with my sleep. I did discover the problem seems to be worsened if I take CoQ10 late in the evening, but that may be just a coincidence. Other than that, I have found nothing from the doctors or my own on-line research that fits my problem. Lately I am getting discomfort in my right arm only when lying down and I have been getting breif flashes of the pain while sitting. This scares me. The lack of sleep this is causing is wearing away at my health. I am awakened several times a night and sometimes I can allow my leg to hang off the end of the bed for a little while. Many times I have to stand up and walk a few steps to get it to stop and then sit for a while before I return to bed. I am open to any suggestions.
