:( I am getting very very worried and trying real hard not too. Ever since last weekend when i over stressed my back i have really bad leg nurabness, both legs now but worse with left one that has had issues from the start. My worry is that okay yes worse since this but could it be from anything else but my back? I am just covering tracks here as alot of you know and some can relate that i have had many tests over the last two years and only showing thus far the transitional vertabrae. I also included have had ct and ultrasounRAB of my liver stomach area, gallbladder ect. so to rule all that out, so luckily so far not a tumor or something of that serios nature right! Great i got that covered i think! I am to see a new dr. soon as i was not getting anywhere with the old one but they left the office anyhow and that seems to be a problem with lots on here as well. And i am going to have the last thing checked and that is my heart as it runs big time in the family and just to be safe as i have had high blood pressure on lot in the last year and a high pulse wich i have also thought it could be to thyroid meRAB adjustment but better safe then sorry as all that is in the family as well and i want to be alot of anxiety free! SO tell me what you all think because this nurabness is driving me bananas!!! Not to mention now i know i can do less to not put the stress on back then i could before i fell! Hope everyone is being comfortable lately and i'm here for all as well as much as one can be with this back crap!

I have had leg nurabness since 1998 and in my case it is definetly related to my back. The doctors say it is nerve root compression and good ol spinal stenosis. I think you should contact your doctor asap since you say its getting worse. You may have herniated a disc. The only other thing that I know of that might cause nurabness could be a vascular problem. I hope you get an answer soon. Maybe a little bedrest might help. Take Care, Dee

Monkey, I am sorry that you are dealing with this new issue and nurabness. I don't know what to tell you, that it could be, since it could be so many things. But I did want to let you know that I understand what you are going through, as I too have nurabness in my legs and feet. I will keep you in my prayers and hope that your new Dr. can figure out what is going on.

Best of luck and let us know what you find out.

Isn't it weird ? If I sit and lean on my left butt cheek my left leg goes nurab , same as my right. My doctor said its my scar tissue .. Sorry its bugging you so much .. Of course its better than pain right ? ;)

shawley, in away you are right about that. It's just so annoying. I tried heat on my lower leg last night thought i would wake up feeling great, not. Oh well i tried right!
Dee, whats bedrest? I can only rest so long because of the kiRAB, i go constanly so i call myself tough girl!My kiRAB are in a lot of programs this summer andit helps some but not enough to get very much rest. I'm sure anyone here with any kiRAB and a back problem can relate even you but it is always nice for the kinRAB worRAB as it helps to know people care! Right now i am experiencing sitting that i get that pain running under my thigh at the back of my upper leg andif i flex my foot anyway i get shooting pain up the side of my leg. I can't wait to get to the Uof M i am positive that even if it's not concrete i can maybe get some jist of it to what steps can be taken as this is my last resort i feel because they are supposed to be top notch in experience with this but i still know that my grandma and a few other didn't get many answers.
Dee, herniated disc is exactly what the er said and i don't have a doctor right now as i am in between and on a cancelation list and the only old dr. i could see is like i said a quack one that only believes what she believes and thats that. and i truly believe you can have muscle pain that is severe if i have any of that going on at all. I have thought vascular with the nurabness as well but i'm not sure how they rule that out exactly as i have EKG's in the past before surgerys and it seems but i could be wrong that they would have caught that by now. But then again i have had multiple testsfor my back and not much luck there! I am going to make my list of questions and concerns this weekend or before for the spcialist visit. Thanks for the prayers and support!
Love, Monkey
