leg/bum exercises!! :)?

well i hate my legs, and my bum, and i have tried many squats, lunges etc.
and i was wondering if there were any exercises that i could do to see instant resuslts, if so, how long would it take for the results to show?
Its not that my bum is saggy, its that its rather big as in LONG in leggings and jeans etc!
