My back was turned and Blue Grandfather
was praised the best of men
then I walk in the room and
now I'm guru again.
I never wanted followers and
I try and never teach but
my iconoclastic model
is beyond my crooked reach.
Please don't stop praising those
who hand out A's and B's
I'll stand back here and chuck instead
guffaws and cheers as I please.
I'm not insulted by your praise
its just not fare I like to graze.
