I was at school sitting on the computer doing my homework as I do everyday for a few hours, I left to go eat subways then I ordered this vemon drink (stupid name for a drink, why would I order poison?) it was an energy drink and I needed the boost to keep me awake, I rarely drink this crap, maybe once every two months.
While I was walking back to the computer lab I noticed a small pinch or knot in my left lower back, located about equal with my nipple and exactly 1 inch left of my spine, the pain isn't located on the skin but rather deeper, perhaps in or past the muscle.
If I stretch my back which I have been doing constantly since I found this pain or if I straighten my back, the way you do when your mother tells you not to slouch, the pain intensifies. The pain is about a 2-3 on the scale, mild discomfort but to be honest I'm worried, I've never had something like this before. I've had back pain when I was younger due to lack of exercise, sitting on the computer too much but now I am active. Last time I was checked I was positive for TB, which is strange because I had the immunization shot when I was a child. I work in a health facility.
Thank you for reading. I'm planning to set up an appointment with a general practitioner if pain persists in the next following days.
