left handed pda???

I am sorry to bother all of you. My husband is getting promoted and would like to have some type of hand held computer to carry to keep notes on. The problem is that he's left handed and I've watched him try to use a friends. He has to hold his hand in the air and he cant write on the screen well at all. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good one for left handed people? I know that all the ones I have looked at have a screen on top and everything else below it, are there any other designs? Anything you could tell me would be a great help. Thank you all.
 
Could you just give me a greater description of what you mean by 'a screen on top and everything else below it'?

I'm not quite sure i understand.
I myself am a left handed user and i have no troubles using the Palm T|X.
 
I know there's a setting in the sytem Preferences-->Handedness that lets you select if your Left-Handed or Right-Handed.
