My husband is having pain in his left chest muscle. He hurt his right arm shoving snow in February and it never really heal. He said he has achy pain in that muscle on and off. Then couple weeks ago he was working on his truck and dropped a tool because a sharp pain struck down his arm same feeling as before well the first injury. Now he is having bad pain in his pectoral muscles the left side being the worse and worse while laying down. If he is up and moving he doesn't have it as bad.
His blood pressure is normal except if the pain is bad it elevates some not bad since its only 133/78 and pulse is also normal, and his heart seems to beating normally with no abnormal sounds, but I am worried sick and he is stubborn.
I believe it's all related to his arm injury, so have any of you any ideas?
He has some tenderness below the breast bone when I push there. It could be that Costochondritis caused by the old injury perhaps or something worse.
