Left arm/middle-back recurring aches

considering the length of time that has passed, and if you did have some level of real injury(but still would be able to run thru all ROMS)to tendons or ligaments, an MRI done there really would more then likely show whats wrong there at this point. i actually initially did a bit of a tear back around 1989 while lifting wieghts one day, and did feel a really bad burn at the time(it did feel better after about a week with no lifting), but it progressed over the years to a full complete tear of that top tendon eventually. wear and tear and lifting thru the years could have made even a small tear much much worse. its just the nature of a tendon tear.

this could also be something like tendonitis but that would usually get better with anti inflammatories. just getting that real look inside at the whole rotator cuff area right now would tell alot. you just really do need to know what is actually going on in there in order to treat whatever it is more appropriately.
