Go to an ER or doctor ASAP. You could have severe nerve entrapment, a stroke or an blood clot. This is not something to wait on as a clot can break lose and kill you.
thank you for your input. It is my Dad, not me, and he has had two strokes one in 2007 and one this past May. This feeling of "his left arm feels heavy" started last night.
