It's more than just down. It's been shut down.

Today the Malaysian government ordered prominent webhosting provider Shinjiru to close down BitTorrent site LeechersLair.com. The order came from the Content, Consumer and Network Security Division of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.

Leecherslair used to be a nice place, but they lost a lot of users (I was one of them) and began sucking after the constant server drama which I think was at the beginning of this year. :/

Yes - like Grezex mentioned, their server suffered a lot of downtimes and technical issues early this year.
