lebanon v. teh office

rules are one thing, telling someone to put away their kids pictures is another, if a company adopt that rule, i wouldnt work there to begin with

what you did with iran was fight their battles for them and then refused to leave.

no wonder that entire area is pissed off at you.

come to think of it, no wonder you side with israel. it's the only counrty out there you've managed not to piss off.

ok, so the government sides with israel, but do the majority of people in america?

does the government still speak for the people?

You're right. Our first step should be requiring immediate payment of all foreign loans, and ceasing all humanitarian, military, and financial aid given to other countries.

Neither would I. But if it's in their fucking rules, and I signed the paperwork at the beginning of my employment stating that I would follow their rules, I would do what was asked of me, or tell them to fuck off, leave and do my own thing.

It's not fucking rocket science.

someone on another desk has a canadian flag posted, but no one seems to have a problem with that.

i don't really think they'd have a problem with me posting up a union jack, lion rampant or st andrews flag either.

my question was, does politics have a place in the office?

As a manager im sure he could have issues with things that are likely to affect the workplace...and the middle east is one thing that is always likely to cause trouble because of the strong opinions..

a canadian flag isnt really political...but given the current situation, a lebanese flag definitely is.
