leaving verizon but i still have a year of my plan?

Your looking at a charge of around $115. The early termination fee is $175 and $5 is deducted every month that goes by in your contract. AT&T is a great company. So much better than Verizon. Coverage is great and no the phones don't overheat and all phones on every network are able to be water damaged, not just on AT&T. Only one phone had the problem of overheating and was immediately recalled and was never released again. I had Verizon for 5 years and got very frustrated and switched to AT&T and have had it for 17 years and am so happy I made the switch. The phones are very durable and customer service is fantastic as well as coverage. I think you'd be very happy switching.
 
Don't leave Verizon. AT&T SUCKS!! I've had my phone for one month and phone calls are constantly dropped. Also, coverage is very spotty. The phones, aside from the iPhone, really aren't that great and are known to overheat, suffer water damage, and other problems. Don't switch!
