I'm gonna love this topic,my least favorite jerkoff characters & horrible villains in animation that I hate are:

Black Pete's bratty son(Donald Duck) - Annoying brat whose comeuppance was great.
Reggie(Richie Rich) - Annoying bully whose just desserts are great.
Eric Raymond/The Misfitshyllis(Pizzazz),Roxanne(Roxy),& Sheila(Jetta)/Zipper(Jem & the Holograms) - Rotten villains whose just desserts are great.
Too Tall & his gang/Queenie/Sister's female bear cub bully(The Berenstein Bears) - Horrible punks whose comeuppances are awesome.
The masked mouse(Porky & Sylvester) - That little rat needs a brutal beating for hurting poor Sylvester at the end.
The Barnyard Dawg/Henry Hawk(Foghorn Leghorn) - That mangy mutt & annoying hawk brat loved picking on poor Foghorn,which is why I never watch the Foghorn Leghorn cartoons in those parts.
Tweety/Hector(Sylvester & Tweety) - Sylvester SO needs to devour that annoying,sadistic,little jerk & beat that mangy mutt too!!!!
Jerry/Spike(Tom & Jerry) - Poor Tom to get abused by those two dirty,rotten beasts.
Luna(Thundercats) - I find her to be an annoying little prick especially her irritating voice,poor Amuk.
Slingshot(Transformers) - What a horrible piece of trash that needs to get destroyed!!!!!
Katrina & Bratina(Pound Puppies) - They were horrible,annoying villainesses in my opinion.
Vernon/Burne/Jet Mc.Cabe/The News Director(TMNT) - Annoying jerks whose just desserts were great.
Derek/Kelly/Bobby's nasty friend/school bullies(Bobby's World) - Annoying nasty jerkoffs that need a severe beating.
Claire/Pat On The Back/Beetlejuice's skeleton/Tru-Ant Officer/Boris(Beetlejuice) - Annoying jerkoffs that need a brutal beating!!!!!
Janet(The Magic School Bus) - Arnold's rotten know-it-all jerk cousin whose just desserts were great.
The Evil Kitten(Taz-Mania) - I hate that scary little beast for abusing poor Taz.
Sherri & Terri/Snake/Lyle Lanley/Jessica Lovejoy/Judge Harm/Marge's mugger/Royce Lumpkin/Simon's evil siblings/The popular brats,Britney & Caitlin/The Caitlins:Caitlin,Katalyn,Catalyn,2 Caitlins(The Simpsons) - Those villains were downright horrible/sadistic,but their bashings were so awesome,& Phil Hartman did so great with Lyle Lanley though.

The Terrible Trio - BTAS, The Batman - These guys were responsible for two of the worst episodes from these shows. In BTAS it ended up arguably being their worst episode by being to close to the source material. The Batman strayed far from the source but still churned out a pile in a lackluster final season

Brother Blood - Teen Titans - After Slade, Blood was a big disappointment. John DiMaggio, love the guy but he was far from threatening in this show.

Fuzzy Lumpkin - PowerPuff Girls - Just seemed out of place with the other villains and I could never buy him as a threat.

Bakura - Yu-Gi-Oh - This guy was all talk

Naraku - Inuyasha - A lot of build up for this big bad and it just got boring beyond belief and eventually lead to nothing. If they ever did get their big fight I wouldn't know as they had lost all interest by that point.

Any villain from Captain Planet - As Roger Ebert said "To call these characters cardboard is to insult a useful packing material"

The Leader - The Hulk - He was pretty incompetant for a supposed genius. So says the Wonderwall.

The Spot and Big Wheel - Spiderman TAS - These guys were the stars of two of the worst episodes in the series. I'm kinda noticing a connection here.

That fat guy from The Forgotten (Batman: TAS episode)

I can't even remember this guy's name, that's how completely forgettable he was. Basically, this villain's whole thing was that he was a fat slob who liked to eat alot. Yeah, really compelling baddie you created there, guys.

Carnage from Spiderman (the 90's animated show and propably all versions of the character)

I'm pretty sure that my eight-year old self liked Carnage. However, these days I can't come up with a single thing about this character that doesn't irk me (and it's been years since I actually saw the show or read any Spiderman comics). Let's face it, the guy is basically a darker, more evil version of Venom (and it's not like Venom was such a great character to begin with) devoid of any personality beyond, "I'm a kill-crazy bastard, who likes to kill things". Now, plenty of my favorite villains are kill-crazy bastards, but they also have charisma, style and interesting personalities. All qualities which you, Mr. Cassidy (or Cassady, I'm too lazy to look it up) do not possess.

Oh, and while he's not exactly a "least favorite" I was a bit disappointed by The Shade in the Justice League. I realise that the creators propably wanted him to be close to the Golden-Age version of the character, but frankly, I'd prefered if they had gone with the Starman version, who remains one of my favorite comic-book characters.

Mind you, I've only seen fleeting glimpses of Phineas & Ferb (it's a cute enough show, but it's never been able to pull me in as a full-time viewer for various reasons), but I've read statements like the above regarding Candace before here, and I simply don't understand why or how she qualifies as a villain. Yes, she tries to squeal on her brothers, but that's what siblings do. Anyone who has a brother or sister knows that there's some situation or circumstance when you wanted to land your sibling in trouble or vice-versa. Also, that's the central sub-plot of every episode, is it not? If Candace weren't always trying to bust the boys, there'd be no conflict, since they never trip up or disagree.

Another reason I don't consider Candace to be a hate-worthy villain is because all of the episodes I've seen, she's just getting knocked around or abused by some other character. If anything, Candace is more of a butt-monkey than a villain.

Anyway, Candace's machinations are a moot point, since the conclusion is already known; Candace is going to fail. She's a villain the same way Wile E. Coyote is a villain; and like Wile E., Candace earns my sympathy for her conflicted ordeal.


I've never seen any P&F episodes featuring Vanessa D., so I can't comment on her.
