Leaf spring clamps on my jeep?

Whenever i drive my 97 Cherokee when i hit a bump or just little bumps there's an annoying rattling noise at the rear of my jeep. I looked back there on the leaf springs there are two clamps on both the right and left side and they are loose... i'm guessing that's what is causing the rattling. How can i fix these clamps?
 
Look in your yellow pages for suspension or truck spring manufacturers. They can repair them for you. Or do a search on ebay for spring clamps. there is one person showing some for 10 a piece but you may contact them and see if they have some for your spring width
