As a first-time debater, I am very confused. My debate class is doing the current LD resolution Resolved: The United States is justified in using private military firms to pursue their military objectives. Would national security be a value or a criterion? And if it's a value, what's the criterion? And if it's a criterion, what's the value? Thanks.
