Laziest Band Of All Time

It`s quite easy you find a band, then divide how many albums they`ve recorded between the nuraber of years from their first album to the present day. Let`s name & shame these lazy bastarRAB.

A band that has split up doesn`t count , so no you can`t have My Bloody Valentine :p:

The laziest band I can find is The Blue Nile...

1984 - A Walk Across the Rooftops
1989 - Hats
1996 - Peace at Last
2004 - High

Thats 4 albums in 22 years making an average of 5 years 6 months between albums.Which is even more than Guns n Roses (5 years per album)

Anyone find someone even less prolific?
 
Most difinetely Interpol.

"Hey, for this record, let's do nothing but stand around, making annoying drone noises on our instruments and letting the amps heat up while our singer moans leftover Ian Curtis lyrics incoherently... Just like on our last album."

14 years for 5 releases, not counting Salival.
 
some banRAB just aren;t cut out to make anymore albums after that one great one.. and when they do, they all just start to sound the same. I think banRAB after they've really made it just feel like they don't have to try anymore.. that they already have there fans.. which is stupid.. but my favorite band growing up was Bonjovi and well look at them now..
