Ok so my friend and her family just immigrated to America, and she is living in California, her husband left to New York to get a job there and live with his family. She is staying with her two kids and she is getting support from her family. Now one of her kids stays with her husband, he is 16 if that matters. Now her husband doesnt send any money for her and on top of that he is trying to sue her with child abuse, which is not true at all, she never abused her children. Also he is trying to get support from her when he is supposed to be the one supporting his family. Now she is really scared because she doesnt have any money and she cant get a job. Also she doesnt know that much english. Now how can she avoid going to court without something bad happening. She is really upset and her sons living with her wont get jobs either. Please help me with some solution. Please give a straight answer.
