If someone is charged with a felony as a juvenile, and was told by the judge, counsel has to be retained by the charged party, but parents are not able to get the counsel due to monetary problems.....what happens if they show up with no counsel?
Charge is indecent behavior with a juvenile (felony) and the charged one is a minor as well (14 at time of incident, 15 now)
