filing a lawsuit against A re-conveyance company and financial corporation who are both parties on a contract for the purchase at trustee sale signed and dated on on a date that happens to be a national holiday, I believe this is fraud. I have copies as I stated I needed to see after they left a 3 day notice. A letter from our bank dated after this alleged transaction had asked us to supply additional information within 10 days. There are several possibilities, the bank may have sold the property. used a straw buyer to assist them. Any Calif law firms interested in taking such a case?
