malicious intent? i moved out of a property 6 months ago. unfortunately a new contract of working conditions was accidently sent to this address. it has been opened and the new owner has forged my signature and sent the contract back to my employer. by accident i have only just discoverd this in time before it was too late to change. please could someone tell me is it illegal? is it a criminal offence and who do i contact and how do i stand if i decide to take the mater further
