Law question about Drug dealing and resisting arrest....?

My friend is 18 and he has been sent to court for drug dealing (marijuana) and resisting arrest. He has been convicted in the past for possession of an illegal weapon (gun) and only got a few months.He has also been convicted for other things luckily he has never done more than 6-7 months.

I just wanted to find out if he goes to jail, how long will he go in this time?
