All law maker, like the senators and congressmen, are lawyers. Would they ever make any law which is not in the best interest of the lawyers?

If bankers made all the banking laws, would it ever be in the best interest of the little guy, who is the bank customers?

Currently, about 30 percent of the U.S. congress are lawyers. There are also physicians, dentists, vets, salesman, professional politicians, soldiers, business folk, etc. Don't know about your state, but in my state legislature about 20 percent are lawyers. State legislatures are where most of the law making is done. So, I recommend that before you draw conclusions you get your facts right.
